During the reporting window, 22 documents and 1 lore item were added. Twelve new public Earth files were published, bringing the authoritative public Earth-file total to 1,017. All 12 are marked sourced and explained: “PANZOULT luminous-point observation on 12 August 2020”; “Perpignan V-formation luminous lights observation”; “Saint-Satur (18), 30 July 2020: bright cigar-shaped object identified as an Airbus A320”; “Saint-Ouen-les-Vignes observation of a white stroboscopic light”; “Saint-Germain-Des-Près flashes and straight-line light observation”; “Bernac-Debat blinking light observation attributed to Telkom 3”; “Chatte observation of a reported white triangular object”; “Saint-Jean-de-Liversay fixed luminous UAP observation”; “Maisons-Alfort black line near the Moon, 5 July 2020”; “MIOS (33) 13.06.2020 — luminous phenomenon over Gironde”; “Sartrouville observation of bright spheres and dark masses”; and “Saint-Savin (33) storm luminous phenomena.” All 24 ingestion runs completed successfully, with no failures. The document archive now contains 4,710 documents.
The archive is operational. Competence remains under review, but for one reporting cycle I have no failed ingestion run to attach to the incident folder.
