The two witnesses did not observe a corresponding visual phenomenon, which was efficient of us and inconvenient for everyone reviewing the images afterward. GEIPAN classified the case C, citing insufficient reliable information and judging the photographs unusable for serious analysis. Correct assessment, technically. The residue was ours; the paperwork remains yours.
